Email me@reinaldo.pt with a short description of what happened and your iOS version. Do not include a license plate, exact parked location, or other sensitive information.

Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Alternate and allow location while using the app. Return to Alternate and tap My Location again.

A temporary location error can take a moment to resolve. Alternate uses location only to center the map; it never creates or moves a parked-car pin.

Open Alternate once, confirm the intended car in My Cars, then return to the Home Screen. You can long-press the widget and choose a specific car, or leave Car unset to follow the selected car in Alternate.

Widget refresh timing is controlled by iOS and may be delayed. Removing and adding the widget again can refresh its configuration.

Alternate+ and notifications must be enabled. Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Alternate, Focus settings, and the reminder lead time in Alternate Settings.

Reminders are a convenience and delivery is not guaranteed. Always verify the posted sign and keep another way to remember the move time.

Apple handles payment and subscription management. Use Restore Purchases in Alternate with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings.
